Our Position on Selling Personal Information

Restorian LLC does not sell your personal information for money.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states, the terms “sell” and “share” are defined broadly. They can include situations where personal information is disclosed to third parties for their own commercial use or for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands.

If any of our activities on the Site, such as analytics tools, advertising pixels, or third party cookies, are considered a “sale” or “share” under these laws, you have the right to opt out. This page explains how.

Who Can Submit a Request

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, and other states with applicable privacy laws may submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Residents of other states may also submit a request and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of the following ways.

Method 1: Email

Send an email to info@restorian.co with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Information.” Please include:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Phone number (if applicable)
• State of residence
• Confirmation that you are requesting to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

Method 2: Phone

Call us at (888) 788-5038 and tell the representative you would like to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Method 3: Mail

Method 4: Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If you use a browser or extension that transmits a Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat that signal as an opt out request for the browser and device that sends it.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete the opt out within 15 business days, as required by law. We may ask you to verify your identity to ensure we are processing the request for the correct person. You are not required to create an account with us to exercise this right.

Once you opt out, we will not sell or share your personal information unless you later authorize us to do so again. If you change your mind, you may opt back in at any time by contacting us at the email, phone, or address above.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization signed by you, and we may contact you to verify your identity and confirm the request.

Your Other Privacy Rights

In addition to opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may also have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Receive a portable copy of your personal information
• Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights

No Discrimination

Restorian will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out. We will not deny service, charge different prices, provide a different quality of service, or suggest that you will receive a different level of service because you exercised this right.
